Weekly meditation

When practising meditation, all you need to do is let go and relax. Just rest in this very moment, simply allowing whatever arises to rise. Whatever distractions, opportunities, emotions or sensations come up, just accept them. You do not need to obey them. Simply allow yourself to be aware of them.
