Welcome to join A house member Fredrik for a 30-minute high-intensity workout where we train the whole body, using bodyweight exercises. The training includes jumping and pulse-raising exercises. Participants will of course have the opportunity to adapt the exercises according to their own abilities.

Meet at Front Desk at 11:30 sharp, and we’ll lead you to our Tabatha location. No sign-up needed, just show up!

Showers are available on the ground floor.
