This Tuesday, cherished chef Albin Edberg will be cooking the lunch for members at Ark. His track record is quite substantial, and spans from having worked side-by-side with Tommy Myllymäki at 18 – to having worked as a chef at renowned restaurants Djuret, TAK and UNN.

On the menu, you’ll find Swedish grey peas with roasted garlic, coriander seeds and jalapeno. It’s served together with grilled kale, cream roasted artichoke and kohlrabi pickled in elderberries.
