Our members are part of a creative community with a focus on fashion, food, music and media. We provide a context in which you can be who you are and do what you do. Together with our members, we cultivate the collaborative culture that is our reason for being.
Or work on your own together with others. At A house you can rent private offices for a few employees up to a few hundred, work from the lobby on a day-to-day basis, join the work club or anything in between.
Work Studios

Our workspaces are essential to the social infrastructure that stimulates creative development across our destinations. Ark’s Work Studios range between 10-400m², and fits teams from 4 people, to 25, to 50. As the destination has been customised to suit the needs of our niches, members can utilize in-house resources such as a photo- and podcast studio or the lab kitchen – in addition to their private and other shared spaces.
Work Studio members have unlimited access to the destination’s Upcoming program which includes wine tastings, weekly meditation, members’ breakfast and community lunch, and more.
Work club

If you want to work in an energetic and ever-changing environment but still want a place to call your own, the work club is the perfect option. You have full access to the lobby and other common areas, but also to the closed off work club area, with your own desk and locker.
As a work club member, you have unlimited access to the destination’s Upcoming Program which includes wine tastings, weekly meditation, members’ breakfast, community lunch, and art exhibitions to mention a few. The desk is of course height adjustable, and you have meeting room hours as well as mail service included.
Lobby member
2500 sek / month (always open)
TRY ARK WITH A FREE MONTH! Look no further for your place of inspiration and community. Our lobby members are creatives who value a flexible work lifestyle, altering between Ark’s lobby buzz and the focus area for the efficient time of day. And of course, enjoys full access to our Upcoming Program which includes wine tastings, weekly meditation, members’ breakfast, community lunch, sample sales, and art exhibitions, to mention a few. Bookable and pop-in meeting rooms, printers and other amenities are included.
Sign your contract before 15/10 and get the first month for free, worth 2500 sek (minimum contract time 2 months).
One day pass & Week Pass
350 sek/day & 850 sek/week (Mon-Fri 8-17)
Need a change of scenery or somewhere to work from momentarily? We offer a pleasant and focused work environment on a day-to-day basis for as many days as you need. Choose between the energetic lobby or the quiet area, bring visitors for meetings, and help yourself to Sthlm Roast Coffee, an assortment of quality teas and flavored ice-water. Meeting rooms can be booked separately.
A bespoke membership
The future of workspaces is focused around service, interaction and well-being. With a bespoke membership, our offer can be tailored to match remote and on-location work. A Bespoke Studio can be used during a few months, on a specific day during the week or in accordance with your ideas. Get in contact with our Community Manager to find out more.
SHARED LOBBY MEMBERSHIP

A shared membership is exactly what it sounds like! You share your time at A house with a loved one, a friend or colleague. The idea came up meeting a couple that were sick of working from home together all week, resulting in a shared membership where they alter between working from A house, and the other one from home!

Internationally renowned architect Mia Hägg at Habiter Autrement has been commissioned add an eye-catching extension to our iconic brutalist building. 870 sqm dedicated to office space for one or two creative companies within fashion, food, music or media.

Free
A house offers a limited number of free membership for young talents. This is a chance for the next generation of entrepreneurs and start-up stars to develop their ideas and networking skills in a creative environment.
This membership is currently being re-packaged and will be available again sometime in the near future.
