With 25 floors and views over all of Stockholm, A House Sickla Central is a unique destination for coworking, events, and creative collaborations. Here, freelancers, startups and established companies become part of a vibrant community that promotes innovation, culture and new business.

Choose between lobby membership, a permanent place in our Workclub or a private office space. As a member, you have all the resources you need under one roof: efficient workspaces, flexible offices, wine bar, café, meeting rooms and shared lounges. In collaboration with Toolspace, we also offer a Makerspace with a prototyping lab equipped with tools, 3D printers and space for new ideas.

A House Sickla Central is more than just a workplace. With our many different member activities, we offer experiences that strengthen community, well-being, and new opportunities – ranging from breakfast lectures and yoga sessions to lunch conversations, ice baths, and wine tastings. We value collaboration built on unexpected encounters – that is what our community is founded on.

Membership

As a member of our community, you gain access to various member activities that make it easy to find new collaborations and contacts. Choose between a lobby membership, a fixed desk in our Workclub, or a private office room. If you have other requests, we will tailor an arrangement that suits you. Most things can be arranged.

Event venues

All our event spaces have a unique history and a well-thought-out interior design where different types of events can take place. We’ve seen everything from fashion shows and concerts to art openings, birthday parties and conferences – and the ideas keep evolving. At Sickla Central, we offer a large event venue on the 10th floor with space for up to 180 people. The venue also has a terrace where guests can gather for a coffee or a drink.

A sustainable house, a sustainable district

A House Sickla Central offers workspaces and common areas for companies, investors, incubators, start-ups, and entrepreneurs who want to help drive development toward a more sustainable world.

Sickla is the Nordic hub for sustainability, innovation and well-being and the district is currently building Wood City – the world’s largest wooden city block.

A stone’s throw away, you will find A House Sickla Central. The building is one of Sweden’s most sustainable and has been certified with BREEAM Outstanding. This is the highest level in the internationally recognized environmental certification system.

Down-to-earth futurism

Our interior design is based on the concept of Grounded Futurism – a combination of innovation and sustainability where reuse and natural materials are the focus. We prioritize recycled materials – everything from countertops made of old packaging to textiles and aluminum details that are given new life. Some of the chairs are made from waste.

Most of our products are designed to last. Walls can be easily moved or rebuilt without having to be torn down and thrown away. Furniture in simple wooden structures allows the natural character of the material to create identity. As usual, we’ve handpicked vintage furniture from around the world – this time with a futuristic design.

Greenhouses for entrepreneurs

One of A House’s most important missions is to create opportunities for meetings and collaborations. We achieve this through simple tools such as deliberately having a single shared coffee machine, offering various member activities, and creating communal spaces. Businesses and freelancers are thus given the opportunity to develop and grow through new partnerships, which strengthens and promotes our community.

The goal of A House Sickla Central is to create a greenhouse for entrepreneurs, startups, and scaleups.

Our first destination, A House Ark, has over the years supported several successful startups on their journey.
