A slice of ways – In a gap with Graffiti artist Disey

What do you do with a space in the interim between moving in and renovation? For two weeks, graffiti artist Disey, a legend within his subculture, has been producing his artwork “A slice of ways” at Filmhuset. “Taking over a room and being able to fully exercise my artistic freedom is a unique opportunity for me as an artist. The important thing is not the result but the creative process and making art accessible in the city,” says Disey.

A digital vernissage will take place on January 30th at 12:00 PM on Instagram @filmhuset_ahouse. There are 6 canvases set up in the room where Disey created his art; these will be for sale, as well as posters and USB sticks with the entire process documented by video creator Fredrik Gislander.
