Yoga – 30/8 – 17-18

Meditation – 6/9 – 15-15:10
Shift gear and slow down with this short meditation.
Yoga – 13/9 – 17-17:45
A dynamic sequence to help reduce stress and anxiety, lead by Josefin Wikström.
Meditation – 20/9 – 15-15:10
A short guided relaxation with James that focuses towards realeasing and observing where we hold tension and resistance both our bodies and our minds.
Yoga – 27/9 – 17-17:45
Vinyasa flow state. Learn to connect with the power of the breath as we start to wake up the vital energy of the body, lead by Lara Zilibowitz. Open to members and non-members!
Meditation – 4/10 – 15-15:15
This practice is inspired by the Buddhist meditation practice called Metta Bhavana and it includes cultivating loving kindness towards oneself and one’s environment.

– Sessions will be in English and are pre-recorded
– Possible to borrow yoga mats on site
– Changing rooms available on Floor 1
– The classes will be guided digitally but attenders will meet in A room
