Welcome to join A house member Fredric for a 30-minute high-intensity workout where we train the whole body, using bodyweight exercises. The training includes jumping and pulse-raising exercises. Participants will of course have the opportunity to adapt the exercises according to their own abilities. Showers are available on the ground floor.

Meet at Front Desk at 11:30 sharp, and we’ll lead you to our tabata location. No sign-up needed, just show up!
