Meeting & Event Manager (MEM)

About the role

As Meeting & Event Manager, you hold overall responsibility for A House’s event operations—sales, profitability, delivery, quality, and development. You lead and develop our team of Event Coordinators and ensure that all destinations deliver events to the same high standard.

You drive the business forward by engaging new and existing customers, building relationships with networks and organisations, and identifying where we can improve—operationally, commercially, and in terms of quality. You are equally comfortable with strategic development work as with supporting the destinations day to day, from resource planning to recruitment.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, and the ability to see the bigger picture without losing sight of the details. You set the direction for the event operations and ensure it is maintained.

MEM holds overall responsibility for the company’s event operations.
