A house x Beckmans School of Design
For 3 months, the Visual Communication graduating class at Beckmans has explored what drives the workplace of the future, in collaboration with A house. Last Friday, the groups exhibited their exciting interpretations at a vernissage. Let us introduce the first two:

Title: Daydream – Less stress, more success.
Amanda Artberger, Frank Torsson Szyber and Lina Sundkvist Strindberg
“Research has shown that daydreaming is good for stress management, productivity and creativity. Our insight is that daydreaming is good and necessary for more efficient and healthier work and we want to reach out to employers and employees to create a change in attitude around daydreaming in the workplace.”
Other participants: Gustaf Fagerberg, Lucas Grimstedt, Madeleine Ribbing, Niklas Jonasson, Axel Lindroth and Gabriella Roos Redemo

Title: Workshop
Andy Voitka
“The brain’s creative engine is best activated when the brain is in a relaxed state or engaged in simple, repetitive tasks that do not require intense concentration – for example, when creating something with the hands, such as drawing, painting or carpentry. Implementing physical hands-on spaces in workplaces will lead to increased creativity, inspiration and new ways of working.”
