Community Sales Manager

About the role

The Community Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership sales while also being a central relationship builder within the A House community. The role is based on selling through presence, relationships, and a deep understanding of the destination and its members.

Reports to: CSO, Chief Sales Officer

Areas of responsibility
Drives sales of studios and other relevant membership solutions at the destination and actively works towards set sales and occupancy targets.
Establishes membership agreements and ensures that contracts are documented and handled correctly.
Ensures that invoicing documentation corresponds with the membership agreement and that changes or discrepancies are updated correctly.
Conducts professional and inspiring showings and maintains ongoing, active dialogue with new prospects.
Manages and follows up on leads, drives sales dialogues from first contact to decision and agreement, and keeps pipeline and forecast updated in dialogue with CSO.
Holds responsibility for ensuring that relevant membership and sales systems are kept updated and that necessary administration is carried out correctly.
Has good knowledge of available studios, upcoming vacancies, and possible solutions for both new and existing members.
Maintains close dialogue with members to understand their business and space needs and identify opportunities for expansion, relocation, renewal, retention, and other commercial solutions within A House.
Ensures a professional introduction of new members and contributes to well-functioning onboarding and offboarding.
Actively participates in relevant member activities, breakfasts, and events to build relationships and understand the community.
Works closely with the House Director and the rest of the team at the destination and provides support when needed in daily operations, without owning operations.
Is an active part of the A House Community Sales Managers team to share challenges, ideas, and solutions.

– Existing and potential members as well as other relevant stakeholders in sales and member dialogue.

Key processes, systems, and tools
– Sales process and customer journey, lead management, pipeline, forecast, and performance tracking.
– CRM and relevant membership and sales systems as well as processes for onboarding, offboarding, and retention.
