SCHEDULE 2026

September 17: Stay relevant with AI
You will train your ability to identify where AI can provide ongoing support in your work and create micro-habits that make a difference over time. Practice setting up recurring tasks that scout, summarize, monitor, or provide input daily, weekly, or monthly, so that AI becomes a systematic support in your work.

October 15: Intelligent judgement
You will train your ability to maintain your own judgment when working with AI. During the session, we will practice reviewing and questioning AI’s answers, detecting bias, errors, and weak assumptions, and determining what you can use directly and what needs verification.

November 19: Creative advantage
You’ll train your ability to use AI to develop ideas and creative work. During the session, you’ll use AI as a creative partner, challenge the first answer, and practice creating variation and more unexpected directions. You’ll also test simple ways to select, combine, and develop ideas that actually stick.

January 14: Decision support with AI
You will train your ability to use AI to explore different paths before making a decision. Practice building simple scenarios, asking what if questions, visualizing possible consequences, and using AI to see and compare alternatives you might not have considered yourself.

February 11: Generate customer insights
You will train your ability to use AI to find patterns and insights in customer material. During the morning, we will explore how to analyze feedback and comments, identify recurring needs and behaviors, formulate possible customer insights, and translate them into questions or opportunities for further work.

March 18: Generate business insights
You will train your ability to use AI to go from research to sharper business insights. Practice building a SWOT from actual signals, distinguishing facts from assumptions, changing perspectives, and letting AI challenge the analysis. Conclude by translating it into strategic questions and potential business opportunities.

April 15: Build smarter workflows
You will train your ability to use AI to simplify parts of your workflow. Identify a recurring work task, design a simple flow from input to output, and test how AI can handle one or more steps. Conclude by improving the flow based on quality, time, and utility.

May 20: Build your knowledge assistant
You will train your ability to make existing knowledge easier to find and use with AI. Gather a defined knowledge base, create simple AI support based on the material. Test it on, for example, a policy, playbook, or onboarding, and examine what questions it handles well, where it falls short, and how the underlying material can be improved.
