Sales Manager – All Access

We are now looking for a driven and relationship-building salesperson for our new and exciting All Access offering, which we are developing together with Atrium Ljungberg.
At A house, you will have the opportunity to build networks, create business and contribute to people thriving and growing at work and that companies can take the first step into new flexible and future-proof workplace solutions.
Your main responsibilities
- Proactive sales work: prospecting, meeting booking and follow-up
- Manage and develop a pipeline of potential members and partners
- Conduct tours of our houses and present our offers
- Analyzing sales data and setting targets
- Collaborate with the teams on site to ensure smooth onboarding
We believe that you have
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality or creative industries
- Strong relationship building skills and a natural drive
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Lime)
- Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
- An interest in the cultural and creative development of the city
You will work in the A house sales team, close to our community and marketing team, as well as Atrium Ljungberg’s sales and management teams.
We offer an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment with colleagues who enjoy both business and afterworks. The position is a full-time position based in Stockholm, and may occasionally travel to other locations in Sweden for customer visits.

In September 2025, we will open the doors to our fifth destination: Sickla Central.
