From Börshuset in Slaktis to the future. A house member Tina Ödmann at Artifiq Agency helps marketing departments build real value – with customized AI solutions, intelligent agents, and strategic thinking.

Hi! Tell us about Artifiq Agency – what do you do and for whom?

– Artifiq Agency helps marketing and communication teams use AI in a way that creates value. We combine strategy with customized AI solutions – from policy and process mapping to intelligent agents and automation. We don’t have any one-size-fits-all solutions – each assignment is built based on the customer’s business logic, goals, and reality.

“AI policy & governance” – what do customers get in hand after such an effort?

– They get a practical and customized AI framework that defines how AI should be used in the organization – ethically, securely, and in line with business goals. The work is based on a multi-step method: from purpose and risk analysis to finished policy, training, and implementation. The result is an AI policy that should be a living tool that creates security, clarity, and a common direction in AI work.

Tell us about a solution you built recently that made a big difference?

– For one customer, we have developed an AI-driven content planner for social media, built entirely based on the customer’s SoMe strategy, activities, target groups, and channel insights. The solution consists of an AI agent with several integrated tools and sub-agents that create brand-driven content, plan publications, and manage the entire content calendar.

What makes Artifiq different compared to a traditional agency or IT partner?

– Our USP is that we stand on two legs – we have many years of experience from global marketing departments and agencies, while we started our professional careers in tech. This combination gives us a unique breadth and understanding of how AI can create real value in marketing. We have ourselves worked both strategically and operationally in marketing and communication, and we bring that experience with us when we develop AI solutions.

What advice do you give to all marketing managers for 2026?

– Make sure AI isn’t just in the budget – but in the strategy. Research shows that successful companies are led by managers who actively drive AI usage and build a culture where testing and learning are encouraged. So my advice is to become one of those leaders.

What is the best lunch place in Slaktis?

Matateljen – love both the food and the decor – as well as Stockholm Roast (neighbor to Matateljen) which has simpler lunches, good coffee and a lovely atmosphere.
