Train your future skills as a PT session

Train your future skills in the same way you train your body – quickly, focused and continuously. Every Thursday at 09-11, A house and Berghs invite you to Learning Lab by Berghs with two-hour sessions where you train concrete skills for the future.

From September 18, there will be a session at A house Katarinahuset every Thursday at 09-11 with themes such as AI, sustainability, content creation and brand experience.

Format – inspired by personal training sessions

The format is inspired by personal training sessions and includes: knowledge and inspiration, practical exercise where you try it yourself and work in teams. Then reflection and discussion to jointly learn lessons and gain new perspectives.

The approach is inspired by personal training sessions:

▪️ 20 min lecture
▪️ 40 min practical exercise
▪️ 60 min reflection and discussion

The sessions are led by teachers and alumni from Berghs School of Communication with cutting-edge expertise in their fields. It’s a mix of pedagogy and practice that gives you something concrete every time – something you can use in your everyday life right away. No knowledge is required, just the will to get a little sharper every week!

  • No prior knowledge needed – just curiosity and motivation

Autumn 2025 schedule

We offer a variety of themes: Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, Content Creation and Brand Experience. Each session is designed to bring new perspectives, practical tools and energy to your professional development.

Sept 18, Brand Experience. What does your brand say and feel?
Identify tone of voice, expressions and experiences to become clearer. Practice understanding your brand’s expression and test different ways to tighten the feeling. (CW)

Sept 25: Sustainability. Storytelling that drives sustainable change
Create simple and credible stories that engage. Try out methods to build short stories that inspire both internally and externally (tbd)

Oct 2: Content Creation. From idea to conceptual posts
Go from a raw idea to a conceptualized content ready to be developed further. Practice developing ideas into publication-ready concepts quickly (NE)

Oct 9: Artificial Intelligence. Fundamentals of prompting
Practice the basics of writing better prompts and getting more relevant answers. Discover how you can use AI as a smarter work tool in your everyday life (GS)

16 Oct Brand Experience. Mapping your signature moments
Map out key moments that shape the brand experience. Test how small details can influence the overall impression and build relationships (JT)

Oct 23, Artificial Intelligence. Creative conception
AI as a sounding board in creative processes with text, image and video. Try out tools that help you discover new perspectives in your ideation (GS)

Oct 30, Content Creation. Simple structures to speed up your output
Practice methods to produce newsletters, social media and other content faster. Try simple structures that save time without sacrificing quality (NE)

Nov 6, Exploring sustainability with AI
Discover how AI can help you research more easily, gather insights and turn them into ideas that strengthen sustainability efforts. Practice on concrete examples to get started right away (JT)

Nov 13, Content Creation. AI as a campaign idea starter
Use AI to find new angles and creative hooks in campaigns. Test how AI can be the starting point for new ideas and concepts (GS)

Nov 20, Artificial Intelligence. Discover AI tools that make your work easier
Try useful AI tools for planning, analysis and project work. Practice comparing different tools and discover which one suits your work best. (NE)

Nov 27, Brand Experience. AI as a brand moodboard generator
Learn how to use AI tools to quickly create visual mood boards and concept sketches. Practice conveying a feeling or idea quickly to your team. (GS)

Dec 4, Sustainability: Create a simple sustainability plan
Workshop where you try out a simple structure and leave the session with a concrete one-page plan with an overview of priorities and next steps (tbd)

Lecturers

Giancarlo Saldarriaga
Creative AI Specialist with a background in visual communication and digital tools. He explores how AI can empower creative processes and be put into practice (GS)

Natalie Eriksson, GetScale
Communications strategist and co-founder of the agency GetScale with a focus on social media and digital growth. She trains companies to create relevant content that engages (NE)

Camilla Wallander, Berghs
CEO of Berghs School of Communication with long experience of driving change and developing the future of learning. She is a strong voice in communication, innovation and creativity (CW)

Joakim Thulin, Berghs
Head of Insight at Berghs, specializing in trends and future issues in communication. He helps organizations understand the world around them and make strategic decisions (JT)

How it works

  • Single session: 1600 kr / session
  • Clip card: SEK 14,400 for 10 sessions (can be shared between several people in the company)

A house members: Register and pay via email and invoice.
Others: Book and pay at our Front Desk at least 10 minutes before the session starts.

  • Tickets or punch cards can be picked up at the ropes course before the first session.
