Mindfulness is an important tradition in the A house community. It can reduce stress & anxiety, enhance creativity and improve your focus.
Wednesdays at 3 pm I guide you through a relaxing, simple meditation with our eyes closed (in Swedish). Anyone can join, all you need is 15 minutes. The session is for free of course.
The mindfulness is for the moment held digitally. Google meets link will be posted on slack just before : ) Stay tuned! Minimum 3 participants.

Outdoor yoga with Dag
Welcome to Yoga med Dag! Get physically and mentally fit through the art yoga.
Dag is a member at A house that has become our very own fitness guru! He likes to combine the peacefulness of yoga with a good sweaty work-out. Due to the current situation, Monday yoga in A atelier has been set on pause. Luckily, spring is here and Dag will be hosting lunch classes in A yard on Mondays instead. A yard yoga with Dora
Dora is an entrepreneur/member at A house and a yoga teacher certified in Colombia in a style called Asthanga Vinyasa!
She loves to practice and share her practice with both newbies and advanced yogis, and she loves connecting the practice to the everyday experiences and challenges we face in life, work, business and relationships! When the weather permits, Dora love doing yoga outdoors so therefore we meet at A yard this Monday for an energizing evening practice!
The yoga session is for free and no sign-up needed.

Hi Dag, what is it that you do here at A house when not being a yoga teacher?
I work at Relate. We are trying to create a more conscious world through awareness of personal values. It’s really good stuff! Everyone should reflect on their personal values. What makes you happy in your everyday?
Tell us about your relationship with yoga!
I started out because I wanted to be different, vainly enough. I didn’t fall in love with it like some people do but I kept coming back. And now a couple of years later I am very happy I did. The biggest benefit I feel today is my ability to let go quickly and not dwell on things. But yoga should definitely be combined with a consistent meditation practice if you want to reap the good fruits. It can be awfully boring at times but damn does it do you good.
What inspires your daily work?
Just talking and listening to people can inspire me. Having conversations that are meaningful in themselves and not a means to something else.
What do you think is the best thing about working at A house?
That so many people are excited about their work! You definitely hear less complaints around here than you do from hanging out with your other friends.
And finally – why do you think A house members should go to your Monday yoga class?
Yoga is really the best self care there is. Not only does it make you physically fit but it can also make you more composed allowing you to enjoy life a bit more. Its only 50 kr, try it out! 🙂
Yoga at A house with Urban OM

WHAT: A funky fun yoga class, suitable for EVERYONE! Office dudes and dudettes, yoga freaks, tired parents, busy bosses, newbies and oldies. Come as you are, start the week the best way possible : move, groove and ground!
WHO: A house and Urban OM in a collaboration together with teacher Fredrik Edlund! Fredrik is a flow fanatic hatha teacher who doesn’t believe trees are growing in the human mind but sprouting ginger roots. He thinks his class playlists are better than his downward facing dogs.

Yoga After Work
A atelier 5th floor – Yoga inspired by Embodied Flow – a system of transformational yoga that invites you into the deepest sense of self.
Through an integrative blend of hatha yoga, somatics and movement meditations it elicits the experience of stepping into flow as meditation in action.
Sophia Tillman is a certified yoga teacher with a background in dance and martial arts.

Amy Rudbäck Yoga AW
Come yoga with me on Tuesdays at A house! YES. It’s getting darker and colder and we all need that soul medicine. The classes will differ each time with a new theme and biomechanical focus. You can join whenever it works for you. Beginners are welcome and you don’t need to bring a mat.
Set dates (so far): 31/10, 7/11, 14/11, 21/11, 28/11
Time: 17.30-18.30 (arrive 5 minutes prior start time, so we can lock the doors)
Location: A atelier, on 5th floor. Take left after the entrance to find the elevator which will take you to the top floor.
About me: I have a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Virya Yoga and have been studying for teachers including Julie Martin.

HiYoga event filling A verkstad with yoga instructors
HiYoga is a concept with a unique and wide range of yoga classes in yoga friendly surroundings.
As a SATS member you get a reduction, that way you can combine your practice with working out at SATS. Our guess is that SATS finally got it, doing yoga in their regular super bright bootcamp spaces, is not good enough if you’ve ever been to a studio dedicated to the practice of yoga. HiYoga spaces are to be designed to provide the best possible conditions and experience with optimal temperature and humidity. Definitely worth a try.

Office Yoga Tent
Office yoga targets the parts of the body unhappy sitting infront of a computer all day long. We do this easy yoga sitting on chairs and moving with the breath.
