Mindfulness is an important tradition in the A house community. It can reduce stress & anxiety, enhance creativity and improve your focus.
Wednesdays at 3 pm I guide you through a relaxing, simple meditation with our eyes closed (in Swedish). Anyone can join, all you need is 15 minutes. The session is for free of course.
The mindfulness is for the moment held digitally. Google meets link will be posted on slack just before : ) Stay tuned! Minimum 3 participants.
