Mindfulness with Caroline

Mindfulness is an important tradition in the A house community. It can reduce stress & anxiety, enhance creativity and improve your focus.

Every Wednesday at 3 pm I guide you through a relaxing, simple meditation with our eyes closed (in Swedish). Anyone can join, all you need is 15 minutes. The session is for free of course.

We meet at the Front Desk at 3 pm sharp and go together to the mindful location. And yes, it's ok to fall asleep : ) Due to Covid-19 we will have more space between us than usual and we are maximum 8 participants, first comes first. Welcome!
